How we ship, how returns work, where our goods come from, and the questions we hear most. Anything we've missed, we're glad to answer.
How does checkout work?

Add what calls to you to your basket and place your order — we'll email you a confirmation and a secure link to pay. No card details are ever entered on the site itself. (Instant card checkout is coming soon.)
How much is shipping?

Flat-rate shipping is $6, and it's free on orders over $75. Everything is wrapped by hand in tissue and packed to travel safely.
Where do your herbs and crystals come from?

Herbs are grown in our own beds or gathered from growers we know — never wild-stripped. White sage is only ever stocked from cultivated, ethical sources. Crystals come from suppliers who can trace where and how a stone was mined.
Are the crystals and candles genuine?

Yes. Real beeswax and soy, genuine stones, true resins. Each is unique, so raw crystals and hand-poured candles vary slightly in colour, size, and marking — that's the mark of the real thing, not a flaw.
Do I need to be experienced to use these?

Not at all. Every order includes a slip of simple guidance for its use, and our product pages describe what each item is traditionally reached for. Sagedhelm is for witches of every path and every stage.
What's your returns policy?

Unopened, unused goods can be returned within 14 days for a refund, less shipping. For anything that arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll make it right straight away.
Are these products a substitute for medical or professional advice?

No. Our goods are sold as curios for ritual and spiritual use and are not medicine. Nothing here is a substitute for medical, legal, or professional advice. Never leave a burning candle or incense unattended.
